In 2020, Giving Back with Evie carried out its Community Christmas Cheer Project across Lagos, Nigeria. The initiative focused on sharing practical support, educational resources, and the joy of the Christmas season with people in vulnerable communities.
As part of the project, cooked food and educational materials were shared with people on the streets of Lagos. These distributions provided immediate nourishment while also offering learning resources to individuals and families who needed support.

The project also included visits to two orphanages. During these visits, Giving Back with Evie donated food items, toiletries, money, and educational supplies to support the children and the homes caring for them.

The 2020 Community Christmas Cheer Project reflected Giving Back with Evie’s commitment to meeting both immediate and long-term needs. By combining food distribution with educational support and donations to orphanages, the initiative offered care, encouragement, and practical assistance to people across Lagos.
More than a Christmas outreach, the project was an opportunity to remind individuals and communities that they were seen, valued, and remembered during the holiday season.
Food shared. Resources provided. Lives encouraged across Lagos.
